WdValve is dedicated to providing original spare parts as well as offering technical support, and emergency field service assistance. The After-Sales Department is supported by our QA / QC management. Since WdValve production focuses on valves for critical service, it is essential that our After-Sales department is able to work closely operators by effectively providing solutions for special applications and valve upgrading.

 

After-Sales Department Activities include the following:

  • Sales of all spare parts
  • Technical Training on special products
  • Supervision and inspection of turnaround repair activities
  • Maintain maintenance history for individual valves
  • On site or in house training on repair technology and techniques
  • Design and sales of special tooling/lapping equipment
